Other Ways to Support CAAM
Employer Matching Gifts
A simple way to increase the impact of your donation is through an employee matching gift program. Have your charitable donation matched by your employer to double or even triple the amount of your gift! Check with your organization or company to find out about its matching gift program.
Stock Gifts
Publicly traded stocks, bonds and mutual fund shares are a convenient way to support CAAM and receive a tax deduction based on the fair market value of the shares at the time of the gift. For more information on how you can donate, please call (415) 863-0814 ext. 104.
CAAM in your Estate Plan
You can continue to support the important work of organizations like the Center through the form of a bequest in your will. Making a bequest to charity may lower your federal estate taxes and fees. You can specify that the remainder of your estate (after your family and friends are provided for) goes to charity, or you can specify that a charity receive a pre-determined percentage of the remainder or a fixed gift. In-Kind Donations
CAAM accepts in-kind donations such as food, printing services, office furniture, equipment, technology and services. Donating in-kind goods and services is a unique marketing opportunity as we acknowledge your contribution in our special event promotional materials or on our website in appreciation of your support. Volunteer at CAAM
If you cannot make a cash donation to the CAAM, please consider giving your time. CAAM volunteers and interns are a vital part of our annual SFIAAFF and other special events. To volunteer or intern, please contact info@asianamericanmedia.org.
